New projects are scoped with the deliverables, timelines, and key performance indicators are clearly defined. An overall project plan is developed and potential service providers identified. A proposal is prepared and presented to the client, which includes the details of the service providers, projected costs and execution timelines. Checkpoints are scheduled for major milestones and at the end of each project phase.
Preliminary Assessment
During the Preliminary Assessment, a review is performed of the overall business of the client, with particular attention to the areas the client wishes to focus on for the project. This review is followed up with an assessment of the viability of the project alternatives and a proposed course of action.
Project Execution
Project execution is closely monitored by the local Distributed Workplaces team in India, to verify that the work is proceeding to plan.
Project Conclusion
Following the completion of a project, a full review of the project outcomes, deliverables and timeliness are assessed.
